Costs:

Early bird: $100 from March 1 – August 1

Regular: $125 from August 2 – September 11

Vendors receive:

– One 8’ x 2’ table, including roughly 3’ to 4’ behind each table and table skirting. Half tables not offered. Electricity available at additional cost depending on venue.

– Two vendor passes per table

– Promotion on the MRBE Facebook page

Set up:

Vendors can start setting up Friday before the event from 6 PM – 9 PM and Saturday morning beginning at 7 PM. Vendors are expected to be ready for VIP pass holders at 9 AM, so plan for your set up to be complete at 8:45 AM.
