Costs:

$105 per table(gst incl.)

Vendors receive:

– One 8’ x 2’ table, including roughly 3’ to 4’ behind each table and plastic table covering.  Half tables not offered. Electricity available at additional cost depending on venue.

– Two vendor passes per table

– Promotion on the MRBE Website & Facebook page

Set up:

Vendors can start setting up Friday before the event from 6 PM – 9 PM and Saturday morning beginning at 7 AM. All loading and unloading is done via the front entrance. Vendors are expected to be ready for VIP pass holders at 9 AM, so plan for your set up to be complete at 8:45 AM.  Sunday Vendors can get access to the room at 9am.
